he Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved the allocation of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ in Rampur Halwara village along the ๐๐ฒ๐จ๐๐ก๐ฒ๐-๐๐จ๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐ง๐ฃ route for a ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง in Ayodhya. This solar power project is a collaboration between the state government and NTPC Renewable Energy Limited and aims to make Ayodhya a solar-powered hub.
The land, near the Saryu river, will be leased to ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ for 30 years at a nominal rent, with an investment of approximately Rs 160 crore. The project is expected to generate over 1 crore units of clean energy, contributing to the local energy supply. The initiative aligns with Ayodhya’s focus on eco-friendly and sustainable practices, including green energy solutions and wastewater discharge plants in commercial projects. Additionally, the inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is scheduled for early 2024.
