he Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved the allocation of ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ“ ๐š๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ in Rampur Halwara village along the ๐€๐ฒ๐จ๐๐ก๐ฒ๐š-๐†๐จ๐ฌ๐š๐ข๐ ๐š๐ง๐ฃ route for a ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ๐Œ๐– ๐ฉ๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฅ๐ญ๐š๐ข๐œ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง in Ayodhya. This solar power project is a collaboration between the state government and NTPC Renewable Energy Limited and aims to make Ayodhya a solar-powered hub.

The land, near the Saryu river, will be leased to ๐๐“๐๐‚ ๐‘๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฐ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐„๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ ๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ for 30 years at a nominal rent, with an investment of approximately Rs 160 crore. The project is expected to generate over 1 crore units of clean energy, contributing to the local energy supply. The initiative aligns with Ayodhya’s focus on eco-friendly and sustainable practices, including green energy solutions and wastewater discharge plants in commercial projects. Additionally, the inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is scheduled for early 2024.
